Selam was so kind. She checked us in, giving ALL the information, so welcome! The beds offered such comfort. Nights were quiet. I found the breakfast delicious, and the staff were AMAZING. I was touched by the care there.

The reception lady seemed uninterested. I felt quite unseen. Our room seemed like SUCH a long walk away and it was cold, dingy, and foul-smelling. Truly unwelcoming. The phone did not work. It was very inconvenient to report the broken heating.

spacious family room inviting pool friendly staff

i found the family room to be quite spacious. using the pool was a treat after a long day of travel. the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness and were very helpful, especially with directions.

The lighting in the room was a little dim.

The hotel offers a decent selection of british-style breakfast items, like bacon, beans, and scrambled eggs. The food was AMAZING!!! for a continental option, there was also salami, ham, cheese, and various cereals and yogurts.

punctual shuttle spacious desk clean pool

The airport shuttle was punctual. It made getting to my early flight very convenient. The room included a spacious work desk (very important for me). The pool facilities were clean and inviting, with plenty of space to relax after a long day.

The selection of tv channels was limited, i think a wider variety of options would improve the in-room entertainment.
